Travis here, he/him/his. I live in Oakland, CA just a few blocks from Lake Merritt. I have a studio on the top floor of a three-story walk-up (no elevator) with an air mattress and sheets/pillow you can use on the floor. I'm 35, work in Concord out in the East Bay M-F, so I leave every morning about 7am and you need to leave then with me too. I get home around 6pm, so if you need more than one night we can talk about it over email but you'll need to come back after 6pm. I can't jeopardize my lease, but if you're only there for a night at a time and leave during the day it's fine. We can meet first in person if you want for coffee or whatever downtown near the 12th St. Oakland BART station or near my building.
You can reach me at travisEXAMPLE at gmail or 555-123-4560. You can shower, I have a clean towel just for guests, use the sink and toilet, whatever. There's laundry in the building and it's $1.50 per load in quarters only. You can use my free, password protected WiFi, charge your phone/computer and use the microwave or stove if you get food. Downtown and near restaurants so it's easy to just get something delivery. Or you can boil some ramen.
I have no pets or roommates. I don't smoke and there's no smoking anything in the entire building. I won't drink while you're here or have any edibles but I do use both. Have my medical card.
A block and a half to the bus that takes you straight to downtown where you can get on BART and go just about anywhere in the Bay Area like into SF or Berkeley or out to the East Bay suburbs. I like a clean and tidy place because it's just a studio, so it'll be clean when you get here and we just need to take all empty fast food food containers out in the morning.
